How do online lessons work?

Lessons are conducted via Zoom or WhatsApp (whichever you prefer). Materials will be shared digitally, and you’ll receive practice exercises to reinforce learning.

How long is each lesson?

A standard lesson is 50 minutes, but longer or half sessions can be arranged upon request.

What kind of payment options are available?

For payment options:

If you are in the UK, you can pay via bank transfer.
For students outside the UK, payment can be made via PayPal or other methods upon request.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please inform me at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson may not be refunded.

Do I need to know any Japanese before starting?

Not at all! I welcome complete beginners and will guide you step by step, starting with the basics of pronunciation, greetings, and simple sentences.

What teaching materials do you use?

I use a mix of textbooks (e.g., Genki, Minna no Nihongo), real-life materials (news articles, dialogues), and customized worksheets based on your goals.

Do you offer group lessons?

Currently, I focus on one-on-one lessons to provide personalized attention. However, if you’re interested in group lessons, feel free to ask!
